1. License Grant: ExcelAI Assistant Team grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to deploy ExcelAI Assistant on designated workstations to assist with spreadsheet analytics.
2. Pricing & Billing: SaaS accounts are billed monthly according to row limits and Token credits, whereas Private Deployments conform to explicit commercial supply agreements.
3. Disclaimers: Users hold sole responsibility for the legality of submitted prompt models. We strongly advise enforcing automatic workbook backup settings. We are exempt from indirect spreadsheet data damage claims to the maximum extent permitted by law.
